17 Possible Lines
There are only 17 possible lines that the put can travel from the face of the putter to the hole to have a chance at sinking.
Only 3 Optimal Lines
Only 3 of the 17 possible lines are optimal and will assure you of sinking the putt.
The Ball "Impact" Area
The actual contact spot between the putter to ball is only .25 inches
Removing the Dimples
The dimples on the ball serve to make the roll more forgiving by helping hold the line. No dimples means the ball must be hit perfectly to achieve and hold its correct line to the hole
34.4% Smaller Ball
A smaller practice ball means a smaller contact area so the putt is less likely to hold its line coming off the putter face.
3/16 Inch Target
The J316 target is only 3/16th of an inch in diameter. When you train yourself to hit this small target, your percentage of “made” putts to a standard target will increase dramatically.
